"A More Perfect Union"

Since Senator Barack Obama started his presidential campaign, he has brought a lot of controversial. The main reason is that he is black. The other candidates and media make big issue about racism. However, I respect him because he does not lose his focus.

His speech "A More Perfect Union" March 18 in Philadelphia is very persuadable in many ways. Sen. Obama says that we the people, in order to form a more perfect union. The reality is that U.S. is not perfect yet. There are many problems we have: a declining economy, two wars, and a health care crisis. These ones are hot issues that we have to solve. As he says, if we focus on what we did in the past, we cannot overcome our problems now. We need a power of unity not separating by ethnicity.

Sen. Barack Obama is not afraid of facing his background. Lately, he is in difficulty because of his pastor Reverend Wright’s saying. Although he does not agree with the idea of pastor, he embraces that these people including his grand mother who had fear of African American are a part of him.

Sen. Obama’s speech is wonderful and touchy, but it seems hard to make a real. This is an advantage and disadvantage on the same time. I would like to see dream comes true.
